We ended up with around 15". Very hard to tell though,
with the high winds of 30-50mph.
Chicago is about an hour east of us,
and they had 20+ inches with up to 70 mph winds!
We had thundersnow during the evening.
Mother Nature showing off her many talents!

removal, but not when you have 4 and 5 foot drifts.

It is over 100 years old. We still use it.
You can hear it from over a mile away.
The largest drifts were behind our house. It's a real mess between our house, barn, wool house, chicken house, grainery and garages.

Great pictures of the sheep, I love the dinner bell!
I can't tell if you got more than we did here in Missouri, but we got a lot, too. Our sheep seemed to be oblivious to most of it! We also had drifts inside our barn.
I LOVE your dinner bell. It is one thing my husband looks for every time he goes to an aution. I wish I had the one my parents had...but it went to my brother instead! And he doesn't even have a farm! LOL! Oh, well, we'll find one one of these days.
Great pictures.
Beautiful pictures of the farm. The sheep look content. I love the dinner bell but didn't notice it. Stay warm and cozy.
Beautiful pictures!! How much snow have you had for the entire winter?
Your farm is beautiful in the snow!
Just last night on the news, they said that we were at the 50" mark for snowfall for this winter!
