Winter mornings

I'm not much of a morning person.
I need good, strong coffee before I venture out into the cold.
A chorus of hungry baa's greet me, and I get a few suspicious looks,
"Where have you been? Can't you see we're starving?" Everyone follows me with their expectant eyes....Pregnant ewes are always hungry. And sometimes irritable!Bellys are starting to get round, and there's still
over a month until we begin lambing!Belle, the watchful guardian, always on the lookout,
even when she's been up all night barking at coyotes
The sky is full of contrails, jets heading west from Chicago.
A beautiful, sunny morning!

Oh my goodness that's a very pregnant ewe. I just love your sheep. They're dolls!

It would take a lot of motivation to get me out the door with all of that snow :) I guess that is why I live in the wet, muddy Northwest! The expression on that first girl made me laugh! It looks like they can be quite oppinionated ;)

What sweet faces. We are still in a snow drought. Nothing! The girls look lovely. I love the snow on the ewes' face. Our ewes are puffy and it's hard to tell if they have bellies, so we just act like they do and are happy. All the papers have been sent into the CLR. We found a local woman to design our web site and logo. Hopefully it will be up soon. Feed those ewes. LOL.
